Tuition and Payment Due Dates

All tuition fees and student fees are paid per semester. View the payment due dates on your fee statement or login to your student portal and check the Payment Due Dates page. Students who do not pay all fees owing by the due date may have their enrolment cancelled. The overdue amounts may incur a late payment fee of $120.00 plus all outstanding fees.

Le Rosey is not responsible for any tuition fee paid to a third party’s bank account. All payments must be made to an authorised education agent or directly to our bank account.

Other Fees and Charges

Le Rosey Hospitality Institute generates electronic tuition statements once a semester. Statements and due dates can be viewed through the student portal. All course fees and charges are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). Students who do not pay all fees owing by the due date may have their enrolment cancelled or be subjected to late payment fees. The overdue amounts may incur a late payment fee of $120.00 plus all outstanding fees. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Fees are subject to change without notice. BBI will honour the tuition fees quoted for enrolled students only if the student commences tuition within 12 months of enrolment dates. Fee payment plans are available to all students. Please note that tuition fees do not cover the costs for the enrolment application, textbooks, stationary, or re-assessment fees.

Payment Methods

Student deposits, fees and any refunds are recorded into the financial management software system. Student deposits are held in a separate trust account and are not released until the student enrols. Fees are only allocated as income when the student has enrolled and commenced studies. Le Rosey’s course fees cover all tuition costs excluding learning handouts, use of products, tools and equipment.

We currently accept payment by:
